Key Responsibilities:

  • Own customer forecasting for Walmart & Sams Club. Partner with 1440 customer teams and demand planning to develop bottom-up monthly forecast
  • Maintain regular communication with retailer customer replenishment teams to review and analyze supply plans, customer inventory and operational KPIS (OTIF, SQEP, in-stocks, etc)
  • Review weekly customer orders vs forecast. Develop reporting to track to manage order vs forecast
  • Collaborate with 1440 operations team to execute supply chain excellence; identify and communicate OTIF opportunities to eliminate potential fines
  • Build and maintain Luminate and Madrid reporting to provide visibility to inventory and sales opportunities
  • Capture and analyze assigned customer point of sale (POS) data, inventory levels, price points, store counts, sales performance including walmart.com
  • Analyze sales by region, monitoring trends and in-stock levels (DC and store) to maximize sales
  • Manage item set up and customer quotes process
  • Support 1440 customer team in annual line review discussions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer replenishment, specifically at Walmart & Sams Club
  • Experience with market intelligence systems (IRI, Circana, PowerBI).
  • Experience with Retail Link, QMS, GRS, Luminate, and Madrid experience required
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to clearly communicate information, both internally and to external customers
  • Self-motivated, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and capability to prioritize effectively
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
