Job Summary:

The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of top talent across multiple business units, including high-volume hourly roles. This position will source, screen, interview, and close exceptional candidates for open roles. This is a high-visibility position that partners closely with hiring managers to develop innovative sourcing strategies and drive efficient hiring processes. This position will require you to be onsite 100% of the time.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles across the organization.
● Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines of passive and active candidates.
● Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and skill assessments.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
● Execute sourcing plans to target qualified, diverse candidate pools.
● Leverage recruiting technology, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
● Provide a positive candidate experience that promotes the company's brand.
● Assist with analyzing metrics and provide reporting on key recruiting performance indicators.
● Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

● Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and recruiting best practices.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting databases.
● Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.

Education & Experience:
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
● 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume manufacturing environments.
● Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.

Work Environment:

Exposure to both the office setting and food manufacturing facility.
● Significant amount of time working at a computer station
● Occasional visits to various areas of the manufacturing floor
● Must wear required PPE while in all manufacturing areas.
● Moving parts and machinery are present in the plant.

Physical demands:

● Frequent sitting, standing, or walking.
● Occasional ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
● Ability to physically perform functions of repetitive motion, grasping, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, balancing, and climbing.
● Noise levels will vary, higher noise levels exist while in the plant operations areas.
