Job Overview:

The Warehouse Lead Associate plays a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient operations of our production processes by taking a leadership role in ensuring the safe movement of products through our production and warehouse areas by the team on the shift. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our products meet and exceed the expectations of customers.

Available Work Schedules:

  • Afternoon: 3:00p to 11:30p
  • Overnight: 11:00p to 7:30a

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow all OSHA safety requirements, in addition to following food safety, GMP and housekeeping standards and rules.
  • Provide leadership to the distribution team members, providing training when required, and act as a department point of contact during the shift.
  • Operate forklift in a safe manner, removing product from the line, wrapping palletized product, staging product in preparation for loading trucks.
  • Perform forklift safety inspections at the start of each shift.
  • Load and unload trucks, including inspection of all incoming and outgoing trucks and their contents, verifying counts and documentation to meet safety requirements and accuracy
  • Function as expediter for all material flows and material handling between production and warehouses, including, but not limited to WIP, finished goods shipments, and incoming raw materials and packaging
  • Assist in the removal and organization of excess materials from production (kickback)
  • Perform assigned tasks on the production line, such as assembling, packaging, and labeling products
  • Work efficiently and effectively with team members and supervisors


Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

    • Prior leadership and strong communication skills in order to convey instructions clearly team members.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain worksite organizational requirements.
    • Ability to take direction, follow instructions and work as part of a team.


    Education & Experience:

    • Experience in the operation and use of a stand-up forklift in a busy production environment.
    • Experience in a warehouse environment.
    • High school diploma or equivalent
