We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager with a strong focus on Amazon and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our Amazon marketplace and DTC online store, optimizing product visibility, and driving sales growth across both platforms. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem and DTC strategies, with a proven track record in e-commerce sales growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales on the Amazon platform and our DTC online store.
  • Manage product listings, SEO optimization, content creation, and image management to ensure high visibility and top-ranking search positions across both channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics from Amazon and DTC sales, using insights to refine strategies, product offerings, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely fulfillment, and efficient logistics for both Amazon and DTC orders.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, changes, and opportunities within Amazon services and the broader DTC landscape.
  • Manage customer interactions including reviews, questions, and service issues to maintain high seller ratings and exceptional DTC customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing agency to design and execute effective campaigns and promotions that drive sales and brand loyalty across Amazon and DTC platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to competitive strategies on Amazon and within the DTC market to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Regularly report on sales trends, market analysis, and growth opportunities.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, with specific expertise in managing Amazon and DTC operations.
  • Deep analytical skills and experience with e-commerce analytics tools and platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including PPC, SEO
  • Experience with Shopify, Vendor Central, and Seller Central
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point
