Key Responsibilities:

  • Support 1440 customer teams in review of competitive landscape, identify category trends and drivers of performance across promotion, innovation and pricing
  • Support the sell-in / line review process by developing volume and financial scenarios, preparing product P&Ls and collaborating on development of meeting materials & presentations
  • Support development of customer assortment & pricing strategy in collaboration with customer lead and Director of RGM
  • Support customer teams in development of monthly/annual volume forecast and promo calendar
  • Assess the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed, utilizing data and analysis to maximize the ROI of promotions.
  • Ad hoc weekly and monthly customer reporting as needed
  • Manage & maintain sales & trade management tools, systems & applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Strategy, Planning, Operations or similar.
  • A strong analytical mindset, an excellent understanding of the P&L and key RGM levers to drive both top and bottom-line growth.
  • Experience with market intelligence systems (IRI, Circana, PowerBI).
  • Excellent communication capabilities, ability to define and build sell-in materials.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
